If a client has asked you to review what we do, this page is for you.

We are not a generic insurance agency, and what we recommend is not a generic product. This page explains the strategy in your language, addresses the most common objections honestly, and invites a direct conversation.

HOW WE HELP CLIENTS BUILD WEALTH

The Short Version

Picture
We design advanced permanent life insurance structures — often funded through premium financing — that serve as long-term tax-free income vehicles, debt-elimination tools, and generational wealth transfer instruments.

Properly designed permanent life insurance, structured to comply with IRC §7702 and avoid Modified Endowment Contract (MEC) status under §7702A, allows for:

Tax-deferred cash value growth

Tax-free policy loans for income or investment leverage

Tax-free death benefit to heirs under IRC §101(a)

Estate planning advantages when paired with appropriate trust structures (e.g., ILITs)

For high-earning clients who have already exhausted traditional tax-advantaged vehicles — qualified plans, IRAs, defined benefit plans, Roth conversions — this is one of the few remaining legitimate strategies to generate tax-free retirement income at scale.
COMMON QUESTIONS & CONCERNS

Common Objections
Addressed Honestly

Permanent life insurance is a bad investment.

Permanent life insurance is not an investment. It is a structured financial instrument with insurance, tax, and liquidity characteristics. Comparing it to an S&P 500 index fund is a category error.

The relevant comparison is what other vehicles can produce tax-free, accessible, leverage-eligible cash value with a guaranteed death benefit floor and creditor protection in most states. There are very few.

The fees are too high.

Costs are concentrated in the early policy years and decline materially over time. For clients with a 20+ year horizon, the internal rate of return on cash value is competitive with conservative-to-moderate fixed allocations.

The tax advantages and death benefit are additional benefits. We are happy to walk through the ledger with you.

The illustrations are misleading.

We agree that many are. We use carrier illustrations at conservative crediting rates, stress-test at lower assumptions, and never present non-guaranteed values as expected outcomes.

We are happy to share the full set of assumptions behind any proposal we have made for your client.

What about premium finance risk?

Premium finance is appropriate only for a narrow client profile: typically high net-worth individuals with stable income and a clear strategy for managing the loan obligation.

We provide a full analysis of interest-rate sensitivity, collateral requirements, exit strategy, and stress-tested repayment scenarios before recommending any strategy.

Why not just buy term and invest the difference?

For many clients, that is the right answer, and we will say so.

For high earners who have maximized qualified plans, face significant taxable income, and need tax-free retirement income, properly designed permanent life insurance can address challenges that term insurance alone cannot.

HOW WE WORK WITH CLIENTS

How We Want to Work With You

Picture
We do not want to work around you. We want to work with you.
Our preference is to present any strategy with you in the room — by Zoom, by phone, or in person. Bring questions, bring the tax code, bring your concerns. If the strategy does not hold up under your scrutiny, we do not want to implement it either.

We also work alongside Integrity Financial Business and Corporate Services, whose practice integrates legal, financial, and accounting disciplines. If your client’s situation calls for coordinated tax planning or legal structure, we can bring that team to the table as well.

Documentation We Can Provide

  • Full carrier illustrations at multiple crediting assumptions, including guaranteed and stress-tested scenarios
  • Tax code citations and legal opinion references supporting the strategy
  • MEC compliance calculations and corridor analysis
  • Premium finance loan analysis, where applicable, including interest rate sensitivity
  • Trust and ownership structure recommendations coordinated with your client’s attorney
  • Annual policy performance reports for in-force cases

Let’s Talk

If you are reviewing a strategy we have proposed for a mutual client, we welcome a direct conversation. In our experience, most concerns dissolve in thirty minutes of focused discussion. If they do not, we would rather find that out together — early — than have a client implement something that does not fit.
